Packing |

Bright Bars after production are color coded & packed in bundles of varying weights as per customer requirement with proper identification of heat numbers. The Bars are strapped with signode strapping & wrapped in Biodegradable sheets & if required are also packed in wooden boxes.

1) Surface Defects.
2) Mechanical Properties
3) Chemical Composition.
The process control chart is used for the production of
Stainless Steel Bright Bars that undergoes stringent quality check at every manufacturing stage.
The finished material is checked for the following:
Size Tolerance, Straightness, Length of Bar, Mechanical Properties, Surface defects, Lobbing & out roundness, NDT for surface cracks, Color Code & Packing Standards
